SEO Executive

About the Role:

Polani Textiles is seeking a highly skilled SEO executive with experience in international B2B markets. The goal is clear: drive organic traffic from global buyers—including hotel chains, wholesalers, importers, and sourcing managers—to our website and LinkedIn presence.

This is not a local SEO role. You’ll be responsible for helping Polani rank for high-intent, export-related search queries across Google, Bing, and other relevant platforms in USA, Europe, America, and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct SEO audits for existing website and landing pages.
  2. Develop and execute global B2B SEO strategy to rank for high-value export & product terms.
  3. Keyword research targeting international buyer personas.
  4. Optimize on-page elements (meta titles, descriptions, headings, content structure).
  5. Create/guide SEO-focused blog/article strategy (can be AI-assisted).
  6. Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, trade directories, and outreach
  7. Implement technical SEO best practices (schema, page speed, indexation, image optimization)
  8. Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
  9. Collaborate with content creators to guide keywords, structure, and internal linking
  10. Track and report monthly rankings, traffic, and conversions from organic sources

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  1. Minimum 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in export, B2B, or product-based industries.
  2. Proven success with international keyword strategies and global SEO campaigns
  3. Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  4. SEO content writing
  5. Fluent in using SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4)
  6. Excellent English for writing briefs and SEO content outlines
  7. Experience optimizing for B2B websites or catalogs
  8. Knowledge of global search behavior and buyer keywords by region
