Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Outbound Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field to join our team and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads and close sales
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (minimum required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
