Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in the textile(towel) industry to support daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in hiring and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and files
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Support payroll coordination
- Handle basic employee queries
- Provide general administrative support to HR department
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the textile industry
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (minimum required)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
