Content Writer cum Content Creator (AI-Savvy)

Role Summary:

This is a creative/technical role where you will develop written and visual content across platforms—LinkedIn, website, brochures, trade shows, product catalogs, and more—while also using AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity. You’ll work closely with the marketing and export teams to support Polani’s global visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Write high-quality, engaging content for:

  1. LinkedIn posts & outreach support
  2. Company website & product descriptions
  3. Marketing collateral (brochures, catalogs, flyers)
  4. Email campaigns and follow-up sequences
  5. Trade fair and B2B presentations
  6. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Grammarly, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate content creation and enhance visuals
  7. Create product-based visuals, carousels, and reels for LinkedIn & other platforms
  8. Collaborate with design and sales teams to align messaging with business goals
  9. Conduct light research to support content accuracy (certifications, textile trends, buyer psychology)
  10. Maintain an organized content calendar and publishing schedule

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing
  2. Strong portfolio of B2B or export-oriented content (especially in manufacturing or textiles)
  3. Excellent command of English writing (grammar, tone, persuasion)
  4. Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Descript, Notion AI)
  5. Basic design/layout skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
  6. Understanding of SEO, email marketing, or LinkedIn growth strategies is a plus

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

  1. Knowledge of textile industry or product-based branding
  2. Experience writing for international buyers (retailers, hotels, wholesalers)
  3. Familiarity with CRM and email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.)
  4. Ability to work with product photography and translate specs into compelling visuals
